Arlene M. Parra is a founding partner of Parra Klein and a dedicated advocate for the injured. A lifelong Bergen County resident and the daughter of Colombian and Ecuadorian immigrants, Arlene was raised with an unwavering sense of grit, purpose, and service to her community. As a first-generation Latina attorney, she brings a deep personal commitment to standing up for those who need it most — and winning big when it matters most.

She represents clients throughout New Jersey and New York who have suffered serious injuries due to car crashes, fall downs, dog bites, product failures, and more. Her reputation is built on results, persistence, and an aggressive approach to litigation.

Before founding Parra Klein, Arlene worked with several highly regarded law firms across New York and New Jersey. She gained valuable insight through early roles in criminal defense, contract disputes, insurance defense, and municipal law — experience that now gives her an edge when anticipating and dismantling the tactics used by insurance companies and defense counsel.

Some of Arlene’s most meaningful work has come from supporting underserved communities. She played a key role in the Post-Conviction Innocence Clinic at New York Law School, where she helped represent low-income individuals who were wrongfully incarcerated. She also worked with Street Law Clinic, teaching high school students in the Bronx about the legal system and helping create a pathway to the profession.
