Judicial Insight That Strengthens Every Case
Before founding Parra Klein, Brian served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Andrea G. Carter, J.S.C., in Middlesex County Superior Court. There, he supported the court through the civil litigation process — an experience that ignited his passion for justice and gave him unique insight into how cases are evaluated from the bench.
That clerkship, paired with years of trial work, has made Brian a trusted courtroom advocate and a tenacious negotiator. He prepares every case with care, strategy, and urgency — ensuring his clients are never left wondering what comes next.
Thinking Deeply. Fighting Hard.
Brian is a lifelong New Jersey resident, raised in Montclair and proud of his deep local roots. In his personal time, you’ll find him with family and friends, riding his motorcycle, exercising, or listening to U.S. Supreme Court arguments on Oyez.org. He brings the same curiosity and focus to his personal life that he brings to every client’s case.
