Juan Carlos Reyes, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Parra Klein, where he champions client-centered advocacy and is deeply committed to serving the communities he calls home.

A lifelong New Yorker whose family immigrated from the Dominican Republic when he was an infant, Mr. Reyes has built a career grounded in social justice and community empowerment.

Before joining Parra Klein, Mr. Reyes spent nearly two decades in the nonprofit and education sectors, focusing on equitable access to education, community engagement, and institutional compliance, including policy review and investigations.

Since joining the firm, he has earned a reputation for taking on complex cases without hesitation and securing countless settlements for injured victims in commercial automobile crashes, trucking collisions, overturned vehicles, and general negligence matters.



Mr. Reyes remains a relentless advocate for the injured, taking the time to understand the unique challenges of each case and build a tailored legal strategy.

Mr. Reyes’ professional foundation is rooted in public service. Over nearly 20 years, he worked within nonprofit and educational institutions advancing equity, strengthening community engagement, and ensuring institutional accountability through compliance and investigative work.



This experience continues to inform his client-first approach and deep understanding of the communities he serves.

While earning his J.D. at Rutgers Law School, Mr. Reyes served as the Evening Student Representative for the Association of Latin American Law Students.



In his final year, he worked as a Student Attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, advising small business owners—primarily in Newark, New Jersey—on transactional legal matters, while also supporting clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Fully bilingual in Spanish, Mr. Reyes works effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders across the tri-state area, ensuring clear communication and strong advocacy at every stage of a case.



He approaches every matter with diligence, empathy, and determination. Drawing on his background in advocacy and education, he guides clients with clarity and confidence—making sure they feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
