We represent people, not case numbers.
Parra Klein was founded by trial attorneys Arlene M. Parra and Brian A. Klein to do one thing well. Stand up for people hurt by someone else’s carelessness, and make the insurance company answer for it.
Arlene grew up in Bergen County as the daughter of Colombian and Ecuadorian immigrants. Brian grew up in Montclair and clerked for a Superior Court judge before spending seven years at a New Jersey injury firm. Between them they had seen how insurance companies value claims from both sides of the table, and they built Parra Klein around what injured people actually need.
That means a lawyer who answers. It means someone who explains PIP, no-fault and filing deadlines in plain words, in English or Spanish. It means moving fast on evidence, working closely with your doctors, and preparing a case so the insurance company knows it may have to explain itself to a jury.
Today the firm has offices in Elmwood Park, Union City and Midtown Manhattan, and represents injured people across New Jersey and New York on a contingency fee. You pay no attorney fee unless we recover money for you.

How we work
Direct access to your lawyer
You can reach the attorney working on your case. Questions get answered, and you hear about developments without having to chase anyone.
Cases built for a courtroom
Insurers pay attention to lawyers who are prepared to try a case. We gather evidence and build the record from the start with that in mind.
Both sides of the Hudson
Our attorneys are admitted in New Jersey and New York, which matters when a New Jersey driver is hurt in Manhattan or a New Yorker crashes on the Turnpike.
