Brian A. Klein is a founding partner of Parra Klein and a New Jersey personal injury trial attorney with more than a decade of civil litigation experience. He has dedicated his career to helping injury victims recover, physically and financially.
Before launching the firm, Brian spent seven years at one of New Jersey’s well-known injury law firms, where he rose from associate to counsel and helped recover millions of dollars for hundreds of clients.
He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Andrea G. Carter, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, which gave him an early view of how judges and juries evaluate injury cases.
Brian formed Parra Klein with Arlene Parra around a shared mission. Treat every client the way you would want to be treated, and fight for them like your own life is on the line. He is a lifelong New Jersey resident who grew up in Montclair.
